New Year


1. Unsubscribe to food blogs and food Pinterest sites! Love to look, would like to taste, but it makes me want to eat a cupcake:)

2. Drink more water.

3. Get Active! Remember the piles of exercise DVDs that are hidden in the the entertainment center? Dusk them off and start moving.

4. Focus on my health. It is important to take time for myself, even if it means getting up at 4 am.

5. Date Nights with Hubby. Invest time with my number one man!

6. Get Outside. Kiddos love the outside and a little dirt never hurt anyone!

7. Eat Fresh. Eat at home.

8. Organize house by focusing on one task at a time. Yes I have Adult ADD!

9. Paint nails. Welcome to the Nail Files!

10. Oh yeah...get back into my Fit Tone Groove!
